I didn't start in marketing. I started in operations — learning how large markets actually work, how deals get closed, and why most businesses bleed money not because their product is bad, but because their system is broken.

I spent years working across the Middle East and Canada, watching companies at scale figure out one thing that small businesses almost never do: every dollar you spend should trace back to a result you can measure. Not a report. Not a "reach" number. A customer.

When I settled in Canada, I started working with local business owners. And I kept seeing the same thing. A plumber with a website that hasn't been touched in three years. A contractor spending $2,000 a month on Google Ads with no idea if a single job came from it. A product brand posting on Instagram every day and wondering why nobody's buying.

Smart people. Real businesses. Completely flying blind.

One of my favourite things to do is sit down with a business owner and ask them how they got started. Every single one has a story — a problem they spotted, a risk they took, a moment where everything clicked. I find that genuinely fascinating. And then I ask myself: if I were in their position, what would I do next?

That question is what drives how I work. I'm not here to run your ads and send you a PDF. I'm here because I actually care what happens to your business. When a small business loses ground because nobody helped them build the right system in time, that bothers me. I've seen it happen. It doesn't have to.

The gap isn't effort. It was never effort. It's system. Nobody had ever sat down with them and built the whole thing — the foundation, the channels, the follow-up, the tracking — as one connected engine.

That's what I do now. Not because it's a good market opportunity. Because I've watched too many good businesses waste money they couldn't afford to waste, and I know exactly how to fix it.

I speak three languages — English, Mandarin, and Arabic. Not because I studied them in a classroom, but because I lived and worked in the places where they're spoken. I've sat across the table from merchants in China, partners in the Middle East, and business owners across Canada. The problems are different. The instinct to build something real is always the same.

My background doesn't fit neatly into one job title. I've done business development, marketing strategy, product design, operations, and growth — sometimes at the same company, sometimes at very different ones. I've been in the room when a product gets built for end users. I've also been on the ground visiting merchants, understanding why a campaign didn't land, or why a customer didn't come back.

What that gives me is a view of the whole picture. Most people who work in marketing have never sat with a developer and asked "can we actually build this?" Most people who work in product have never run a campaign and watched the numbers in real time. I've done both. And that changes how I solve problems.

I'm not the kind of person who sits in a boardroom talking about strategy in the abstract. I'm the person who wants to understand your business, get into the details, and build something that actually works. Just like you did when you started.

01

We follow the revenue, not just the leads

Most agencies measure success in clicks, impressions, and lead volume. We measure it in revenue. That means we don't stop when someone fills out your form. We look at what happens next — whether your team followed up, whether the lead converted, whether the system is actually closing deals. If it's not, we fix that too.

02

We fix the foundation before we spend your budget

Before we spend a dollar of your budget, we look at what you already have. Your website, your Google presence, your social channels, your follow-up process. Most of the time, the problem isn't that you're not reaching enough people. It's that the people you're already reaching aren't converting. We fix that first. Then we scale.

03

We know both sides of the market

We work with Canadian businesses looking to grow domestically, and with businesses entering the Canadian market from China. We've operated in both environments — we understand how each market thinks, what builds trust on each side, and how to position a business to win in either direction. That's not something most agencies can offer.
