My career started with an Arabic degree and a one-way ticket to the Middle East. In Dubai, I worked on cloud services, pre-installed app operations, and enterprise partnerships across the region. That’s where I learned what it takes to operate in complex, fast-moving markets where relationships and execution are everything.

Back in China, I joined Bytedance and led large-scale merchant campaigns — group-buy strategies, seasonal launches, and regional growth initiatives that generated over $500M CAD in incremental revenue. At that scale, you stop guessing and start building systems. That shift in thinking changed everything for me.

When I moved to Canada, I had one question: can the same thinking that works at scale work for a small business? At a local Halifax HVAC company, I built their entire digital acquisition system from scratch — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, sales pipeline, and reporting dashboard. Daily leads went from 5 to 60. They expanded from Nova Scotia into Newfoundland and BC. I got promoted within 6 months.

The answer was yes. And that’s why I started LTC Digital — to give small businesses the same strategic firepower that big platforms use, without the big-agency price tag or the 6-month onboarding process.
